Fixing your computer problems just became a whole lot easier! GreenStone's technology assistance service provides expert help when you need it, with in-home and over the phone convenience.

Take advantage of the team of technology experts that also provide service to several Farm Credit associations in addition to GreenStone's 500 employees. As a GreenStone customer, you can experience these many benefits with our computer support program:

  • It is an opportunity to utilize the partner you already know and trust for an additional service; that trust and confidentiality carries through to this support program as well.
  • There is no need to haul your equipment to a store. GreenStone will come to you for the initial set-up, as well as any follow-up appointments requested.
  • GreenStone will support most all software including most farm software and equipment networks.

Service includes:

  • $299 on-site start up package with one-time three hour appointment
    - On-site support for your unique needs
    - Health check-up
    - Security review
    - Hardware and software support
  • $125 per hour on-site and phone support
    - Call for technical assistance whenever you need it
    - Calls less than 15 minutes are free
    - Billed in half hour increments
    - $299 on-site start up appointment required for hourly call-in support
