No Prepayment Penalty Option

Loans with the No Prepayment Penalty Option can be prepaid or converted to other products at any time with little or no cost. The fee for converting to other products is typically a processing fee as established by GreenStone. As a result of the flexibility offered by this option, it may have a slightly higher rate than the other options. All standard interest rate products are available with this option.

The No Prepayment Penalty Option may be appropriate if you desire maximum flexibility. This product allows you to convert to other products periodically when there is a rate advantage. This option offers flexibility to accommodate planned or unplanned changes in your operation or finances.
