On the Spot Loans (OTS) offer a streamlined approach that enables our clients to receive a decision in less than an hour. This program is eligible to full and part time farmers, partnerships, corporations, and other legal entities. OTS enables growers and producers to receive money literally on the spot!

Requirements Needed for an OTS Loan Application

The following criteria must be met by the applicant in order to be considered for an OTS loan:

  • You must be a part or full time farmer, partnership, corporation, or other agriculture producing legal entity.
  • Must have the ability to generate at least $500 of Annual Gross Income from their farming operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question Answer
How long will it take for me to get and answer once I request a loan? Once the application is completed the branch will the request into a computerized database. Once that occurs the expected turn around time is 15 minutes.
How much information is needed in order to process a request? One of the true benefits of the program is the speed in which the request is processed; that can be attributed to the limited mount of information that is required. The only financial information needed is gross farm income, non- farm income, total assets, and total liabilities. The whole application is one page in length.
How many OTS loans can I have? Each customer is allowed 5 loans or up to $500,000.
