Accounting Services and Software

Accounting Service Bureau is a financial record keeping program designed to meet the unique needs of our clients with timely and accurate information. The client provides source documents, cancelled checks, deposit slips, or their equivalent, to the GreenStone FCS office. The client receives reports to make management decisions and for financial loan reporting and tax reporting needs. Report options include:

  • Payroll Reporting
  • Financial Statements – Cost and/or Market Basis Balance Sheet and Income & Expense Statement – Cash (Income Tax) Basis and/or Accrual Basis
  • Capital Assets/Depreciation
  • Enterprise Reporting
  • Financial Forecast and Budgeting
  • Trend Analysis

The program was designed specifically for business or individual client needs. Sole proprietors can design a program to meet their individual management needs, as can partnerships, corporations and trusts. Financial reports are easy to read and understand.

GreenStone accounting staff also supports various accounting software programs for clients who want to do their financial record keeping in-house. Staff is available to assist clients with AgManager, QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Perception. GreenStone can also provide and install AgManager and QuickBooks software along with support packages.
