This is insurance coverage developed by the federal government to provide
a safety net for crop producers when the crop disaster program authority
was repealed. Farmers who choose to not utilize this insurance or crop insurance
forfeit their right to any government assistance programs.
Anyone is eligible for this type of insurance. No debt relationship required.
