Old Mutual Term Insurance provides 2 level term life products. The Home
Certain product is designed for quick limited underwriting when obtaining
new mortgages. The Saver Select product is a larger, fully underwritten
policy. These products are available to anyone between
the ages of 18 and 70, depending on term product selection.

| Underwriting/Rates |
Underwriting and rates are determined by applicant's age, gender,
underwriting health classification, nicotine usage, policy plan and

Applicant can appoint any beneficiary.
Note: GreenStone should not be named as the policy beneficiary. |
| Accelerated Death Benefit |
Allows for partial payment of death benefit if insured is terminally
ill and not expected to survive more than 6 months. |

| Waiver of Premium |
Waiver of Premium - Premium is waived if insured is disabled. |
| Alternate Offer |
If an applicant does not qualify for standard underwriting class,
coverage may be offered as a "rated" policy at a higher premium

| Return of Premium |
100% of premium is returned if premiums are paid for full term of
policy without claims. Prorated if policy cancelled before term expires. |
| Disability Income |
Rider that is custom designed as add on to life policy. Disability
is for total disability (Long Term). Some restrictions apply. |

Ultimate Income rider is designing payout of death benefit in installments. |
| Critical Illness |
Critical Illness rider pays a predetermined amount prior to death
if insured is diagnosed with certain critical illnesses. |
| Accidental Death |
Accidental Death is additional insurance coverage added to term policy
which pays if cause of death is accidental. |
| Extended Premium |
Guarantee EPG extends guaranteed premium rates on certain policies
up to 30 years. |
