Dinius Joins GreenStone as a Financial Services Officer

Stephanie Dinius has been named the newest financial services officer at GreenStone Farm Credit Services’ Adrian branch.

In this position, Dinius will assist customers in Lenawee County with their country home and vacant land financing, which also includes home site purchases and home construction projects, as well as recreational land loans.

Dinius has a strong background in the financial services industry with more than 10 years of local lending experience having worked as a mortgage lender, commercial loan officer and a community banking officer.

“We are excited to welcome Stephanie as the newest addition to the Adrian branch,” said Erin DuBois, regional vice president of sales and customer relations. “Her passion for meeting new customers, building trusted relationships, and helping them meet their financial goals will be a huge asset for our members.”

A Lenawee County native, Dinius grew up in Adrian on her family’s small horse farm. Later, she attended Adrian College where she earned a bachelors of fine art degree.

Today, Dinius is engaged with her community by serving as a board member for the Adrian Symphony Orchestra, being involved with the Lenawee County Financial Stability Coalition, and being active with the Adrian Kiwanis group, having previously served as a board member. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
