May Joins GreenStone as a Tax Accountant

Daryl May has joined GreenStone Farm Credit Services as a tax accountant, and will be working with customers based in the association’s Bay City, Mt. Pleasant, and Saginaw branches.

May will assist customers with their tax and accounting needs, including preparation of tax returns, offering financial information for credit, tax and management decisions, as well as providing on-farm accounting services, software packages and support, and payroll processing.

“Daryl brings a wealth of knowledge to our tax and accounting team,” said Dave Ballman, regional vice president of sales and customer relations. “His previous experience paired with his excitement to work with new and existing customers will be an asset to our
customers, ensuring they are taking advantage of the tax laws benefiting their operations.”

May holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance from Baker College. He is a certified enrolled agent, and brings more than 19 years of accounting and tax consulting experience to GreenStone, having worked as an accounting tax manager, and previously owning a public tax and accounting business.

Today, he resides in Midland with his wife, Angela, and their three children. In his spare time, May enjoys golfing, hunting, and being outdoors.
