Ladd has been working as a Financial Services Officer in the Hillsdale branch for three years, however she was previously working with the country living customer segment. As she transitions to her new role, she will be assisting current and new agricultural customers primarily in Branch and Hillsdale Counties.


Nicole Ladd Assumes Traditional Financial Services Officer Role in Hillsdale

GreenStone Farm Credit Services has announced Nicole Ladd as a new Financial Services Officer for the agricultural customer segment in its Hillsdale branch.

Ladd has been working as a Financial Services Officer in the Hillsdale branch for three years, however she was previously working with the country living customer segment. As she transitions to her new role, she will be assisting current and new agricultural customers primarily in Branch and Hillsdale Counties with finance solutions to meet the needs of their agricultural operation with products such as real estate loans, equipment and operating loans, and lease financing.

Born and raised on a farm in Hillsdale County, Ladd has an abundance of first hand farming knowledge. She was also actively involved with FFA and 4-H during her youth. After high school, Ladd attended Adrian College where she earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, she worked for Southern Michigan Bank & Trust as a credit analyst for three years before joining GreenStone FCS. Ladds sound knowledge of the agricultural and financial industries will serve her well in her new position.

Ladd is still very active in agriculture and owns a small farm in Pittsford where she, her husband and daughter raise crops and cattle. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, crafts and being outdoors.
