Truss Joins GreenStone’s Ann Arbor Branch

Stephanie Truss has joined GreenStone Farm Credit Services’ Ann Arbor, Mich., branch as the office’s newest financial services officer.

In her new role, Truss will assist new and existing customers in Washtenaw and Wayne counties with their country home and vacant land financing needs, which includes home site purchases and home construction projects, as well as recreational land loans.

“Stephanie’s previous experience in the lending business, coupled with her customer-first attitude, will guarantee a smooth transition for her,” said Jim Nowak, regional vice president of sales and customer relations. “We are excited to have her on the team, and look forward to utilizing her expertise to serve our members.”

While Truss is new to GreenStone, she comes with a wealth of financial services knowledge. During her career she has worked at Quicken Loans, AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation and most recently, Wells Fargo as a home mortgage consultant.

A Marlette, Mich., native, Truss grew up in an agriculturally centered community and was active in lending a helping hand on her family’s small hobby farm. She attended Grand Valley State University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, double majoring in marketing and management.

Truss currently resides in South Lyon with her husband, Kenneth and their two children, Sienna and Maddox. In her spare time, she enjoys running, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
