Farm Transition Program Seeks 10 Farm Families

Ag Transition Partners, a group of educators and agricultural consultants, is launching a new, no-cost farm transition planning project that includes webinars, on-site or virtual coaching and action plan templates. The project’s multi-layer approach sets it apart from other planning processes, better helping farm families ensure the legacy of their operations.

  • Farm Transition: Planning for Success I - Getting Started (archived)
  • Farm Transition: Planning for Success II - Mapping the Process - Nov 17, 1:00 EST
  • Farm Transition: Planning for Success III - Making it Happen - Dec 8, 1:00 EST

Webinars are hosted by American Agri-Women. For registration and archived webinars, go to www.americanagriwomen.org.

This service is provided free of charge for 2015-2016 to ten farm families in the Midwest, but additional participants will be enrolled if space is available. Enroll now – space is limited!

Ag Transitions Partners, who serve as coaches and consultants throughout the process, believe that collaborating with an unbiased transition team in the early phases is critical to achieving a successful outcome. The team is comprised of Joe Colyn. Originz, LLC (MI); Doris Mold, Sunrise Agricultural Associates, LLC (WI); Bob Olson, Elm Grove Enterprises (MN) and Kristine Ranger of The Learning Connection (MI).
