The Audit Committee is established by and reports to the Board of Directors of the Association. The primary function of the Committee is to assist the Association’s Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the financial reporting process, the system of internal control, the audit process, and the Association’s process for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, the standards of conduct and the code of ethics.
