Online OTS Loan Application Requirements

Individual agricultural loans (both commercial and real estate) that meet the following criteria can be processed through the Online Loan Loan Application Service:

1. The applicant is a resident of Michigan or the following counties in Wisconsin: Brown, Door, Florence, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano or Waupaca.
2. The applicant expects to produce at least $500 in agricultural related income annually.
3. The requested loan amount is $100,000 or less.
4. The final loan amount can not exceed 85% of the Loan to Value (LTV) ratio (this is for real estate loans only).
