We invest in initiatives that reduce financial barriers, expand educational opportunities, and encourage diversity — helping the next generation of farmers sustain agriculture and rural communities.

Through our CultivateGrowth initiative, we offer loans, grants, mentorship, and educational opportunities to young, beginning, and small farmers to encourage diversity in the industry. This investment helps the next generation of farmers sustain an agricultural operation and support the rural communities they live and work in.

Youth Education & Agriculture Awareness

We’re proud to support programs that educate future generations, foster industry leadership, and grow awareness of agriculture through funding, resources, and volunteer efforts.

We partner with local organizations and our members to improve quality of life, build dynamic communities, and advance our mission of serving rural America through the Member Grown Outreach program.
