Keep records up to date

We need accurate and up-to-date financial information and a realistic assessment of cash flow to understand your unique situation. This includes analyzing the cost of production for our agricultural and business members.

Plan ahead for success

A clear and reasonable outline of your future income and expenses is important for all members. When it comes to financial commitments for your business, a comprehensive business plan, including marketing, procurement and purchasing, operating expense adjustments, debt structure alternatives, and risk management plans should all be outlined in your business plan. This provides a strategic starting point to assess viable options on a short-term and long-term basis.

Your rights are paramount

We act in accordance with federal regulations that prohibit us from speaking directly about any of our member relationships. GreenStone’s member “Bill of Rights” explicitly states that we maintain confidential treatment of all information and protect your privacy. Furthermore, our Borrower Rights outline your right to request restructuring of your loan if you cannot meet current payments.
