Internships

Gain real-world experiences through a hands-on internship.

Interning at GreenStone

At GreenStone, your internship is more than a job – it’s hands-on experience in the essential industry that feeds and powers the world. GreenStone interns are immediately immersed into their teams and begin working on meaningful projects that benefit both your learning and GreenStone.

We look for students with strong leadership, academic achievement, and a diverse range of majors to join our friendly and inclusive team. You’ll have unique opportunities to interact with our senior and executive leaders, as well as experts in your field. Many of our internships provide an opportunity for full-time employment after graduation.

Hear From Our Interns

GreenStone’s internship program helps students develop the skills they already possess, while equipping them with new skills through hands-on, real-world work experience in a collaborative work environment. You don’t have to have a background in agriculture to thrive in an internship role at GreenStone! The videos below provide a glimpse at the day-to-day experience of GreenStone interns.

Farm Credit is a mission-driven system of cooperative lending institutions and supporting people of color in agriculture and rural communities is an integral part of our mission. Knowledge & Resources

“My interest in learning more about agriculture drew me to GreenStone. This interest sparked after meeting an incredible family of Latino farmers in Michigan that demonstrate a strong work ethic and true passion for what they do. As a college student pursuing a career in accounting, I thought that this would be the perfect internship to apply for.”

Bella BrownGreenStone Creative Design Intern

“I was interested in the hands-on projects I would be working on, and the amount of support available to be received throughout the internship. I liked the balance between getting the help I need to learn and grow while being autonomous.”
