Each year, GreenStone provides its members with an opportunity to voice their experiences and satisfaction with their cooperative through its annual customer satisfaction survey. GreenStone is proud to announce a 95% customer satisfaction score for the second consecutive year, and the 22nd consecutive year the association has exceeded 90% satisfaction.

“Earning 95% customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year is especially meaningful given the economic challenges and rising costs our members continue to navigate,” said GreenStone President and CEO Travis Jones. “This recognition reflects the trust our members place in us and our team’s unwavering commitment to providing personalized financial solutions, expert guidance, and dependable service when it matters most.”

In 2026, 97% of respondents were satisfied with GreenStone as a financially sound lender and 98% were satisfied with the effectiveness of GreenStone’s support staff. Customers also expressed high satisfaction with the timeliness in which loan applications were reviewed, and that GreenStone is a lender that values their customers.

Across GreenStone’s territory in Michigan and northeast Wisconsin, all thirty-four of its branch locations received an average customer satisfaction score above 90% over the past three years. Eleven branches have scored a 97% or higher average over the past three years.

“The consistency of these results across our entire territory speaks volumes about the dedication of our employees and the strength of our member relationships,” said Jones.

Customers also noted their appreciation for the cooperative’s Patronage program giving back a significant portion of GreenStone’s profits to members. Over the past 21 years GreenStone has returned more than $1.2 billion in total dividends to member-owners, including $125 million returned in March 2026.
