Capital Markets

Capital Markets

Whether you are taking your business to the next level or sustaining existing growth, you need a financial partner keeping pace with your changing financial needs.  The team of capital markets experts work with large-scale existing businesses or with those looking to expand to develop customized solutions. The team works exclusively with customers in production agriculture or related services with typical loan volumes of $50 million or more. Their experiences in capital markets allows us to provide insight and expertise throughout the supply chain, from production agriculture to processing and other related services.

In addition to meeting the growing needs of existing customers, our capital markets team often participates in financing portfolios involving other lending institutions. These arrangements give you greater access to funding sources allowing the lenders to share the risk position of the loan. Our client roster of large-scale operations spans across the country and includes meat and poultry operations, food processing, cooperatives and others involved in agriculture and rural communities.

Through Capital Markets we offer specialized services to you including:

  • Real estate secured lending
  • Operating lines of credit
  • Term loans
  • Interest rate hedging products

When you do business with us, you also become a member-owner of the association and as such provide you patronage returns in relation to the current earnings of the association and the volume of business you do with us.

Syndicated Finance

Through loan syndication, you work with a broad segment of capital markets, to effectively and efficiently accommodate large borrowing needs. GreenStone can act as either the agent or participant.
