Customers Give GreenStone High Marks for 15 Years Straight

GreenStone Farm Credit Services scored a 95 percent satisfaction rating among customers on a recently completed survey conducted by Michigan-based Advantage Research and Analysis. For 15 consecutive years, customers of GreenStone have rated the cooperative with a satisfaction score above 90 percent, with a rating above 94 percent since 2011. 

"It is evident by consistently strong satisfaction results that each and every team member is working hard to deliver quality to our members," said former President and CEO Dave Armstrong. "We have been invested in the rural communities we serve for 100 years, and that strong commitment is reflected in the customer satisfaction survey results. As we look to the future, we are continually focused on how we can be the best at providing reliable, consistent and responsible credit and financial services to our members."

GreenStone customers throughout Michigan and Wisconsin, including a random selection of members from the cooperative's agricultural and country living customer segments, participated in the survey.
