Our final intern introduction for the new year comes to us from the information services department. Charlie Hoch has been busy at the service desk, assisting GreenStone employees with technology issues they encounter.
Charlie is from Lansing, Michigan, and is currently attending Davenport University. He is pursuing a degree in Network Management and Security.
Charlie will be working from GreenStone's headquarters in East Lansing, answering internal questions from all 36 branches that get directed to the information technology service desk.
Fun Facts about Charlie: He was home-schooled all through high school. He also enjoys making homemade furniture in his spare time, which may have sharpened the problem-solving skills he is using as an intern.
“I have enjoyed learning all of the new software systems,” says Charlie.
